Detection Inspection, Inc. was founded in 1999 and incorporated in 2001 by myself, Scott Bachman and my wife Claudine. I perform all the inspections while Claudine performs all inspection scheduling and office management. We have performed and processed thousands of inspections, for satisfied clients, since our inception.
I am a licensed North Carolina home inspector as well as an active member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Our range of inspection services include pre-owned residential properties, light commercial
properties, new construction properties, 1 year builder warranty, insurance risk, mold assessment
/testing, wind mitigation, damage assessment, re-construction, water quality tests, septic dye
tests, manufactured homes, pools/spas, lawn sprinkler systems, and wood destroying insect
reports (Performed by Termitech South, Inc. 704-567-1555).
