COOLING/HEATING system inspections include the operation of each system using normal control devices. Most A/C units will not be operated if temperature is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit and most heating units will not be operated above 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature differentials, ducting system, filtration, thermostat, age, and size are some of the checkpoints within this inspection.
