Up to 1000 sq. ft	$250.00
1001 to 1500 sq. ft.	$275.00
1501 to 2000 sq. ft.	$300.00
2001 to 2500 sq. ft.	$325.00
2501 to 3000 sq. ft.	$350.00

Over 3000 sq. ft. add $10 per 100 sq. ft.
Fees are based on heated sq. ft.
Homes older than 30 years add $50.00
Re-inspections are ½ of original fee per visit
Condominiums - $200.00
